M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio, South Windsor’s Transformation Contest “Tight race to the finish”

Week six of the Eight Week Transformation Contest and our bootcamp clients are killing it!! Not only are waist lines changes and the numbers on the scales, but mindsets and lifestyles. This challenge is creating healthier habits which will in the long run, create better quality in their lives.

M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio is in week 6 of their 8 week transformation contest, and it is really getting competitive. Two weeks removed from their weigh-ins and two weeks away from the finale most of their members are making a big push for that 1,000 dollars cash. “I want to do this for myself, but I definitely want to win.” said Nicola Oliver-Smith. Nicola is a member at M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio in South Windsor, CT. “She is really rocking it. It seems like she is in every bootcamp. It has really paid off for her and I’m excited to see how she finishes” Said M.E.L.T. results coach Aaron Granahan.
Another one of M.E.L.T. South Windsor location clients is Roberta Carlon. “I’ve known Bert for a long time now, and I have never seen her work this hard” said Granahan. Granahan elaborated “She doesn’t have much to lose but she is determined to get it done.” M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio has a wide variety of fitness levels at each facility including South Windsor. M.E.L.T. is unique in the way they can tailor any of their workouts to accommodate all fitness levels. “We have a lot of different fitness levels here at. But that’s what makes it so special, everyone is working towards their fitness goals and it is very gratifying when they reach their goals” Said Granahan.

All of the Personal Trainers here at M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio have seen some great changes take place during this challenge. With two more weeks to go, we cannot wait to see how everyone's weight loss success has been. The best thing about this challenge is that it is getting the clients to change their habits and form a new mindset towards their health. Even when the eight weeks is said and done, this is something that they can stick with and stay healthy!

M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio Transformation Contestant’s Seeing Results in 1 Week

Participants Begin 8 week Journey to Health and Fitness
M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio has put on a  Transformation Contest taking clients on an amazing 8 week journey to improve their health, fitness and completely transform their bodies.
Joe Carabase says, “I love helping people change their lives. Unfortunately there is so much misinformation out there, and many struggle with finding the right knowledge to make positive changes. This contest is going to help a lot of people make big changes in their lives and hopefully inspire many others to do the same.”
The contestants will go through an 8 week transformation consisting of results proven training programs and workouts, and of course, we can’t leave out the 8 week nutrition program designed to promote a lifestyle change and boost metabolism. M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio has run several transformation contests, but this is sure to be the biggest and provide the most dramatic transformations of them all.  
 M.E.L.T. Fitness Studio is teaming up with a national food service company and all other Fitness Revolution franchisees to promote a nationwide transformation contest.  With the combined efforts of Personal Trainer Food, the hottest pre-made meal system in the country, and the world class fitness trainers in the Fitness Revolution franchise the contestants are sure to be provided with the best results imaginable!
The goal is for contestants to develop habits that will allow them to add years onto their lives and feel confident about themselves.
“This isn’t just a quick fix. We want to help these people get their lives back.” Said Carabase.
Two of M.E.L.T.’s clients are documenting their step by step process through the contest. “It’s only the first week, but I feel more energy and all I want to do is workout” said Nicola Smith-Oliver. Roberta Carlon shared a story about her first week “The diet is really working, I tried on a pair of pants on that I couldn’t fit into a week ago and this week I was able to wear them comfortably.” The contest is really heating up and M.E.L.T. will be documenting their client’s success all the way through.
