I recently have been doing a lot of cooking and trying new recipes and I wanted to share this game changer with you.
Now, every time I want to add flavor to food I use hot sauce, which is great because it also helps fire up your metabolism, but I wanted to try something new.
I usually never use salad dressing because the store bought stuff just has too much extra stuff in it. So my solution was to make my own and found a great recipe for Honey Mustard.
All you need is the following:
- 1/2 cup of spicy brown mustard
- 2 Tbsp of honey
- 1 Tbsp of water
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- 2 tsp of olive oil
Now remember everything in moderation! Two Tbsp equals out to 50 calories which will give your salad really good flavor.
