Improve Your Workout By Doing This!

What's going on MELTer's, 

If you have already worked out today at bootcamp, then do this over the weekend with a friend.

For those of you who will be attending class tonight or at noon do this! Try to workout next to someone who is at the same level as you or maybe even at a higher level than you. 

It's in our nature to be competitive so bring that out. If the person you are working next to is going as hard as they can chances are that is going to drive you to as well. 

We all know and feel more comfortable working out with friends, which we are all here anyway, so workout next to some as hard working as you and I bet before you know it you both or the group of you will be moving at 100 miles per hour.

Don't believe try it out and tell me how it went!
