Are you breathing properly when you are working out?
Here's how to tell, when you finish an exercise do you feel light headed?
If so, chances are you are holding your breath while doing the exercise cutting the oxygen to your brain!
Now if this is happening number 1, breath, number 2 you might be doing a weight, if you are using weights, that is too heavy. So try using a lower weight and see if this makes a difference.
If the weight is not the issue remember you need to breath. Oxygen is like gas for your car, without it it is not going to run properly and at optimum level.
So today at boot camp, keep form and make sure you are breathing!
