Like a lot of people with desk job or people who sit all day, muscles get tight, shoulder roll forward and there is pain in your low back.
There are a few quick stretches you can do and you don't even need to leave your chair for some of them!
In the video above I will show you what I mean.
Try to get up every 20 minutes and a good excuse for this, because your drinking more water now, (body weight divided by 2 = ounces of water to stay hydrated) is to use the bathroom. By getting up you are waking your muscles up and breaking up tension that probably is starting to build up
