As you have probably heard before breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
And you would be correct for thinking that!
The reason is that as you sleep for 6, 7, 8 hours, your not eating or drinking so when you wake up your body is in somewhat of a state of starvation. Your body needs fuel so EAT within the first 20 minutes of waking up!
