Get That Protein Baby!

Listen up!

The best way to grow lean muscle and feed your body what it needs after you kill one of your workouts is PROTEIN!

This is the stuff the repair the muscle you just destroyed.

Now there is two ways to do this. The first is by eating protein, i.e., chicken, eggs, steak, fish, nuts. These are great sources of protein but.....you have a 20 minute window were it is optimal to get it in your system. So if you are going to eat your protein make sure it is prepared ahead of time!
