Need Some Oxygen?

Hey Guys,

Yesterday I was tired after the first half of my day. By 1 o'clock I was exhausted! I didnt want to do anything but lay down for a little before I had to come back and work.

Then...

...I had two eyes looking at me. It was my dog Mama. I looked out side and realized it was too nice to sit down and that it wasntfair to keep her inside.

I grabbed her leash, got her in the car and we went for what I thought was going to be a nice walk at our favorite spot.

A four miles run later, we were on our way home and I felt amazing, refreshed and ready to kill at class! Thats because I had more oxygen flowing through my body.

There are many benefits of getting your heart rate up. Disease prevention, healthier heart, fat lose and the one I always doubted, was energy. I'll be the first to admitt that I drink coffee and have the occassional energy drink but in all honestly I know believe that just by getting up and moving you can feel the same effect as me.

I know not everyone has time to go for a run, but something simple as doig a couple body weight squats, jumping jacks, push up, hopping, anything, just do it! Get up and take a walk around outside. take a couple big breaths in! Whatever its is get the blood flowing!

The point of my story is GET UP AND MOVE! Whoever was at bootcamp last night knows that I was fired up till the very last class! No coffee, no enegery drinks just some oxygen in my blood got the fire going!
