She came to me for extra help and I knew what needed to be done. Corey needed to change up her game, in other words her habits. We started with looking at her nutrition and the times that she was working out. She joined F.L.A.G., our Fat Loss Accountability Group, added Semi Private Training twice a week, and bootcamps five times a week. Corey starting eliminating refined sugars from her diet and simple carbohydrates after 3pm. She also eats her big meal at lunch and trains later in the evening, finishing her day with a protein shake. With all of this extra coaching and nutrition change, Corey has lost 15 lbs. in the last five weeks!! (She must weigh in with me once a month in F.L.A.G., however she doesn't look at the number on the scale.)
"I rather focus on how I feel then a number", states Corey.
