I know everyone has a busy schedule and life happens!
Someday's getting to the gym is just not going to fit into your schedule with work, a family and life in general. Don't worry something is better than nothing!!
That's what if you are not going to be able to make it to boot camp, I have a little 4 minute challenge for you!
Here's the deal, we are going to do 4 rounds, 20 seconds of work, 10 second break! The two exercise will be one round and we are going to do 4 rounds.
round one:
Burpees-20 seconds of work
10 second rest
Knee drive-20 seconds of work
10 seconds rest
That is round one and you are going to repeat that 4 times!
Double challenge...double it up and do 8 rounds!! Do you have it in you??? Try it out and let me know!
Remember we understand things come up in your busy schedule...but I know you have 8 minutes it just depends how bad do you want it!
